BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys literally STOLE MY MONEY. They overcharged me $500 on a used car and it has been a nightmare of a time suck to get it back (I still have not). I used my debit card in order to avoid a 5% credit card fee for a $13,000 purchase (about $500). They charged my card the fee despite it being a debit card and then told me they would send a check for the difference. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called and spoken with the manager on a weekly basis who keeps telling me the check is on the way. Supposedly the check was "lost in the mail" but when I asked to get it directly at the dealership, several weeks ago now, there is always a reason why it is not there or the manager is not there, or it is coming. We have gone there on 3 separate occasions and now I need to dispute it with my bank and get the better business bureau involved. This is the absolute most unethical behavior I have ever experienced with a business.

Customer service and advice are excellent at this dealership! I bought my car from Angie Pineda, who speaks Spanish and her advice was a great help! The finance manager, Paul, is also very nice.

While I had a positive experience with Caress, who was both kind and helpful, I was disappointed with how Paul acted after the finance was signed. Honesty and integrity don’t get crossed out once the customer signs the financial agreement. Paul sold me a car with brakes that were entirely shot. At first, the brake pedal sank fairly low, so I thought it was no big deal during the test drive, but within two days of driving the car ( carefully and responsibly) the roters and pads for all four needed to be entirely replaced. My mechanic was kind enough to charge me WAY below market rate, but Paul refused to cover it. Very disappointing. Also, beware of the “ Bank Fees,” and “ Accessory Fees.” They’re dealership profit fees that are not disclosed unless you diligently read EVERY part of your financial agreement before signing anything.

I was in contact with Kevin and Paul about a Chevy Malibu, I have to say they were extremely polite and helpful with information. They honestly discussed matters with me on the phone that many dealerships and banks never would have. It was so comfortable and easy communicating with both them, I would recommend them to anyone.

Scrapa motors has really good deals. We came here for the first time and buying a pre-owned car for the first time also, and they gave us really good deals. Kevin and his Manager deal with their clients really good. They give details of all the expenses. Nothing hidden. I recommend to come here.
