Ostap was very transparent and helpful in the car buying process. As a first time buyer, coming to the dealership alone was daunting but he walked me through every step. I’ve heard horror stories of other dealers blindsiding customers for profit but Austin genuinely wants what is best for the buyer. Would recommend. Only point off was for the end of costs I walked out with but he explained again why and I appreciate his honesty.
