Updating my review after talking to Nash. I must say his professionalism and abilities to de escalate the situation i was in is so respected. He was respectful and took matters into his own hands I'll tell you now. Dealing with him directly will make me recommend any one to him as long as they get to speak with him directly. Also recommend you give advice to your salespeople that customers are still customers even after they made their purchases.
